Is it time to file Bankruptcy and get ahead in your credit life?

If you can’t make the minimum payments on credit cards or medical debt then these creditors will eventually file complaints or lawsuits to collect by garnishing wages and accounts. Some Debtors have not paid accounts for years only to be surprised that a 6 year old debt or even older judgment has come to collect. Debtors discover that the creditors already have judgments that they new nothing about because the Complaint was sent to an old unoccupied address previously associated with the debt. Debts that turn into judgments can be collected and renewed forever until you file bankruptcy. Don’t be a victim of old creditors that we call Zombie debt.

If you had filed bankruptcy years ago you would already be years ahead in your credit life.

We discovered with our clients that it is easier to rebuild your credit than to pay minimums for a decade. It is also better to rebuild your credit and move forward than to ignore the delinquencies, repossessions, collections, charge off’s and repossessions. Eventually the Zombie creditors come to collect and if you had filed bankruptcy years ago you would be years ahead in your credit life. You should either have a plan to pay your creditors or a plan to stop them from inevitable collection.

EMERGENCY CHAPTER 7 FILING – FILING AS FAST AS YOU WANT.

We treat your matter with urgency by working with you to file as fast as you can gather the required documents and fee. Filing your Bankruptcy stops your creditors and prevents garnishments, disconnects, repossessions, collection calls, liens and allows you to reclaim your financial life.

I make a commitment to staff and stay in the office to get your case filed before things get worse, to stop the calls, and to stop adverse legal action. Our office is set apart from others because we do whatever it takes to help you gather your tax returns, credit reports and documents to get your case filed. If you have all of your documents to file and fees you can be filed in one or two business days.

HYATT / METLIFE
AND ARAG
LEGAL PLANS

I accept clients from the Hyatt/Metlife legal plan as well as ARAG. If you are employed by UC Health, Mercy or Kroger you may have opted for the legal plan coverage which will pay your entire attorney fee.

You must pay the filing fee and miscellaneous cost of counseling to get the case filed. Because of the legal plan and my 29 years in business, we file for clients from Fairfield, Ohio, the entire Cincinnati area, and Butler, Warren and Clermont Counties.

FEES – NO CHARGE CONSULTATION – POVERTY WAIVER OF THE FILING FEE

Our attorney fee starts at just $1,000 for a single or joint chapter 7 bankruptcy, We may subtract from the fee if you don’t have a home and just a few creditors. We may add to the fee if you have more than one home or are in business. You don’t owe bankruptcy fees after your bankruptcy. The Court expects attorney fees to be collected before the case is filed as we are not allowed to collect or receive funds after your bankruptcy.

The Court charges a $338 filing fee to file your case, which can be waived if you pass poverty guidelines.

The current minimum for a single person is $ 1517.50 per month. If you don’t qualify to waive the filing fee you can still pay the filing fee in three or four installments through the Bankruptcy Clerks Office after the case is filed. Paying the filing fee in installments or a waiver of the filing fee can speed up your filing.
